Future Prophetic Leadership

Become a future leader. Growing up for two years under the House of Leadership formed many meanings about leaders and leadership. Never enough books or even one time satisfying the desire of knowledge seekers. Sometimes we forget the true vision and mission, our purpose was created by the Creator to earth.
Reflecting how at the beginning of the boarding coaching, there was an alumni who explained that coaching would not stop even though the hostel had stopped. He means for something we usually call learning. Learn to understand the purpose of our true creation in the world.
Alike itsname, boarding house of leadership (Rumah Kepemimpinan). We were thought to be future leaders, with a variety of comprehensive programs based on Islam not only in the management implementation even up to the principles and ideology of the dorm being carried. Obviously memorized, how idealism was first mentioned. Clearly true, revealing that knowledge belongs to Allah and only to the servant whom He wants will be given , including the science of the Prophetic Leadership.

Many times we learned how the leadership process in the time of the prophets. Even the previous prophets thaught us about leadership through histories. The leadership adjusts the times and needs. This script is dedicated to not only being a reminder, to never be discouraged.
We all realized that we are a people of the Prophet SAW. In the Qur’an there are many verses that explain the destiny that we are leaders of the universe in the Qur’an.
Next question would be how to become a true leader of the community. Let’s start with whether the leader is limited to the position? Or is there another meaning of being a leader? How islam relfect the leadership itself? When the prophet explains the term leader, so many terms are used. One of the them is Rohilah.
We need to understand the meaning of what is Rohilah? Rohilah is an Arabic term for camel leader. The choice of the word rohilah is different from the terms naqoh or jamal which also means camel. Rohilah has a broader meaning, not just an usual types of camels. This term refers to the role of its camel among the herd of camels which carries the most load and understands the path to the destination.
The term teaches us how to become true leaders in the midst of society which means two things. First, be the one who carries the most load, and second is to be the most visionary. This also says if the leadership is not fixed on just the position.
Islam considers true leaders to be those who are able to lift the burden of society, and those who are most beneficial to their surroundings. Other meanings are the most existing in the midst of society. He is the most awaited, expected by the public. And so the meaning of leaders are those who are willing to be more tired, more tired, because they carry the most burden.
Then the second, leaders are those who understand their vision and goals. Both as a human being, the people of the prophet Muhammad SAW, as an Indonesian nation, and other roles including as a Muslim. So, what’s your next step? What’s your mission?
